By accessing or using the Green Effect Fitness website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.
2. PRODUCTS & PRICING
All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders at our discretion. Prices are listed in USD.
3. PAYMENT
We accept payment via CashApp ($GreenEffectFit) and Venmo (@GreenEffectFitness). Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. We do not store payment credentials on our servers.
4. CUSTOM APPAREL
All custom apparel orders are final sale. Due to the personalized nature of custom products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom-designed items. Please review your design carefully before submitting your order.
5. SHIPPING
We ship from Gulf Breeze, FL 32561. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site — including logos, images, text, and designs — is the property of Green Effect Fitness and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Green Effect Fitness is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
8. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Santa Rosa County, Florida.
