Where do orders ship from?
All orders are packed and shipped from our home base in Gulf Breeze, FL 32561. We're proud to be a Florida-based brand shipping nationwide.
When will my order ship?
Standard in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Custom apparel orders (Design Your Own) require 7–10 business days for production before shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is on our roadmap — stay tuned.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves Gulf Breeze.
What carriers do you use?
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and selected shipping method. The carrier is selected at fulfillment to ensure the fastest delivery to your area.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
